His human-centered methodology blends technical rigor with empathy and clarity, ensuring organizations build capacity without losing sight of their values.

Through partnerships with TechSoup, NTEN, and other leading nonprofit technology organizations, Joshua has trained thousands of nonprofit professionals worldwide.

Since early 2023, he's been at the forefront of responsible AI adoption in the sector, developing and delivering training programs and speaking regularly at the Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC).

His sessions are known for making intimidating topics approachable—including his work collaborating with a potato on cybersecurity education.

Joshua holds CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certifications, reflecting his deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and risk management. Joshua's career has been rooted in mission-driven work from the beginning. He got his start at Fountain House in New York City's research unit, where he first met Kim. Together, they went on to found their first business, then worked with the Fund for the City of New York before joining RoundTable Technology, where they spent over a decade helping nonprofits navigate complex technology challenges. Meet the Moment represents the next chapter in a partnership built on shared values and deep commitment to the nonprofit sector.
